XF 2.1 Partial database backup

I'm looking to backup and import a small portion of my database to be used on a test forum.

I need:

XenForo settings
XenForo user accounts inside user group A and user group B, but none of the other ones
XenForo node listing but none of the threads or posts

If the settings are too complicated, I could do without that part. But the specific user group accounts and node list on an otherwise empty database would be great. What do I need to do to pull one like this?

It's not that easy as the data is intertwined and it would require a custom script to pull user accounts based on user groups they are members of.

It would be quicker and easier to import the entire database and prune it.

I almost did it that way because it is just a test anyway. Thanks, I'll just do that.

@Brogan and on that note, is there a way to mass delete users? And is there a way to disable any type of automatic email being sent out from the test forum?

ACP -> Users -> Batch update users -> Search -> Delete
