I help run www.tbgclan.com. We currently use forms for Ban Appeals, Reporting Players, New Recruits, etc. What I would like to do is create a ticket as soon as a form is created that meets certain criteria, i.e., a Ban Appeal. Once certain verbage is matched, then the ticket can be assigned to someone, manually or automatically. At the same time, all selected admins/groups will get an email notification of the new ticket.
What I would like is a central repository to manage different categories of these tickets, and do so without making more work for myself and our admins. I don't want to have to manually create a ticket, unless it's for project related tasks.
Is anyone up to the task?
