Other Paid Help Required -Moved to a new domain and now forum is messed up

I cant logout
members cant login and they only see a blank page
visitors can see from with no problems

I moved the forum from one domain to a new domain, but within the same server

I changed the license to point to the right domain
All addons disabled...

A bit lost as to what to do next
