Add-on [Paid] Backend integration for fully finished XenForo based site

As the title says we are needing someone to do the backend integration for our new frontend.
The site is completely Xenforo based. We have all the backend done with PHP, but cannot use it with Xenforo.

Need to pull and display:

• Information from our database for the player counters
• The latest post title from our Announcement section
• 5 most recent threads from our forums (Needs to be limited to certain sections)
• The latest tweet from our Twitter

We have an example PHP class and a live demo of what we'd like if needed.
