Add-on Paid - add-on for payment gateway & user upgrades

Hi all,
We need a developer to help us with managing account payments and user upgrades.
We cannot use the built in PayPal system and need our own system in place of the default XF or to work alongside it.

I already have the bank/merchant in place, a list of their needs/requests and their API etc. and how the script and pages work.
What we need is someone who can make the XF payment system work with our banks' pages and gateway.

It needs to be an automatic process of course, same as default XF - but using a 3rd party page and script.
I have the script and necessary info if requested.

We have spoken to someone else too, but this is still open for now.
