XF 2.0 page_node order

I started creating some page_nodes for "Pages" in the forums and all was going well. Somehow, I needed to remove or edit something and I can not remember the steps that produced this situation. All I know is that my first "Pages" that I created started with page_node.127, then the next "Pages" I created had page_node128.
Somehow something got out of order and it is best that to start from the last "good" pages that I had. But, what I do not understand is the missing page_node that is out of order.

I back tracked and removed one more node in the forums list and rebuilt my cache and I see that I only have _page_node.126 and 127 now. The others are gone. That is good. At least I can start over from where I was.
