XF 2.1 Page down button?

Hi, we just got our site converted to XF2 and are using the Swift theme. One thing that is bugging me and our members is that there is a page up button but no page down button. I am not sure if this is a software thing or a theme thing?

You can change the scroll button in style properties/page setup in the default theme. Not sure about the theme you're using.

Style properties -> Page setup.
Display page jump buttons on scroll
or search in admin this option:
scrollJumpButtons
