Issue when I scroll down to the bottom of the thread page. the quick reply box run over the Similar threads widget. (Desktop)

Hi, we tried this addon on our site but a lot of members are complaining about the way it transitions when you scroll up from the reply box at the bottom of the screen. As you can see in this video, there's a lot of flickering at the transition point:
We also tried adding a max height attribute in css to help with mobile folks to be able to scroll up and reference other posts while typing, but this transition flickering gets in the way of its usefulness. We suspect it may be in the js somewhere? We tried to enable the "minimize on click outside quick reply form" as well, but it doesn't seem to work unless you scroll up, past the flickering transition point, to tap within the thread/post itself. You can't disengage by scrolling down to the footer or just tapping outside the text box, which might help reduce the impact of this flickering behavior.
It is worth noting that both desktop and mobile users have reported this issue, although mobile seems to be the most jarring right now due to how much space it takes up on their screens

Fix: do not initialize sticky if "Allow guests to use the rich text editor" option disabled
Fix: added editor top hook element instead of calculating editor bottom height
