[OzzModz] Last Seen View Permissions - Set what usergroups can view last seen

This little addon will allow admins set which usergroups can see members "Last seen" information. If you allow usergroups to view it, it still does not override if a user has it off in their privacy settings.

The addon is set to "No" for all usergroups on install.

Last seen example:

Nice. On vBulletin I have similar addon, I only modded it a bit to show last post time (when user posted last). And it shows info in postbit area. Would it be possible here also?

Possibly, maybe with a different addon though. I'll explore it at some point.
