Can this also be added to the What’s New page instead of the forum index?
Adding to existing "what's new" tabs? No, the addon was not designed for this.
If as a separate element - we can make a widget that you can add to any page where there is a suitable position.

I'm a little bit confused on what exactly this mod is doing (even after looking at the images on the mod overview page). Is there a site I can visit to see the front end demonstrated?

Hi @Ozzy47 @Painbaker

I've just experienced a bug on my forum, I think it has something to do with the tab addon. I copied a thread on my forum and realised that it wasn't showing up in the tabs. I'm not sure if this has been reported before, but it would be great if you could check.
