I'm using something similar for 1.5. Seriously, it's a must for users coming from vBulletin 3.

1.2.0 released

• Changed the usergroup settings from the addon options to usergroup permissions.
• Changed addon icon displayed in the ACP from a png icon to a font awesome icon.
• Removed unnecessary setup file.

It would be best to uninstall the current addon and upload this version, but it is not necessary.

For the 1.2.0 update, you need to set usergroup permissions for the addon to take affect.

Is it possible to extend the addon to update all widgets?
I have a radio streaming widget. This would also update the "number of listeners" in this widget.

No, that would need a entirely different approach than what this addon does.

I've done the switch to server cron tab, but that still look same as before

This does not work for me, I installed the addon, enabled it and set the refresh time to 60 secs and then back to 30 secs, the online page was not refreshing at all. You can check this from this page:

The page should be refreshed or just new posts added in the HTML ?

The page does a refresh. It don’t show posts, this is for the online page.

It doesn't refresh the page every 30 seconds for me. Can you tell me if that works for you ? I PM you the link to my forum
