XF 2.0 Outgoing Link - Warning Message

Hello, before coding my own add-on i would like to know if there's some sort of a warning message when clicking on an outgoing link similar to what Steam is doing - as seen here:

Closest I could find was the following add on: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/external-link-warning.4408/

It is only compatible with XenForo 1.x, but you could reach out to the author and see if they plan on updating it to XenForo 2.0. You might be able to contribute to a potential update for it.

Haven't thought about using "External" instead of "Outgoing" links in the search.
