Open new thread with customer email in Admin

Hello,

I am new to Xen Foro and i am using version 1.5.13, My Question is i want to move my all old and new customers to forum, i have receive 100 email daily of my customers, Now i don't want to reply that customers to email, is there a way i can open new thread for customer using their email ids so that email notification sent to customer and next time they will come to my forum and reply or post there not on emails.
