Only very few users get: Bad Gateway: Bad HTTP header

This is just for a very minority of my users, they get this error and can not access my xenForo community at all. My server is an Open Litespeed install. One user is on Mac/Safari, the other one on XP/Firefox => switched to XP/IE and it works for her now. Do you have any idea why is that?.

Could alot of cookies etc >4K ?

Try raising max dynamic response header size from 4K to 8K (max) (admin console -> server -> tuning) and restart openlitespeed after.

Thanks, the header size seems to be allright. I don't know what causes this error. That's my configuration.
