Not a bug Only one banner image works for the banners

I've spent hours trying to fix it and no luck. Refreshing the page constantly too. I tried checking for to see if it was because the image was not licensed by using the same image in multiple banners. It has to do with the website itself. I now have a headache because I've spent hours fumbling around to fix this.

I figured it out, all the images have a green ish tint to them, how do I get rid of the green tint?
