XF 1.2 One of my members cannot view forum signatures

One of my members cannot view her's or anyone else's signature. Just to test whether the issue is from her end, I created a test account through which signatures are visible and asked her to login via that account. And like I though, she still wasn't able to view signatures. So the issue is at her end. What should I ask her to do? Thanks.

Enable signatures in her account preferences.

If it's not that then she has some sort of browser extension blocking them.
