XF 2.1 Old Usernames blocked from re-use

What is the option that stops old usernames from being reused?

Are we able to delete one user name out of the blocked list?

Thanks - but that's not the type of blocked user name I mean.

I'm talking about the option that blocks previously used usernames from being re-used.

So user Abe changes his username to Bee, then nobody else can use the username "Abe" in the future.

Found it - it's in User Essentials, not core.

  Allow re-use of old user names

If enabled, users will be able to register and change their user name to a user name previously used by another member. Allowing user name re-use can cause confusion, particularly for older quoted messages. This restriction does not apply to administrator user creation and edits.
