Ah - so you want more than just minimum character length, you want "minimum 5 words" per post?

There is confusion on the words we are both using because I think you are using machine translation.

This add-on by @Xon is the only one that I've seen that can do "x minimum words" per post:

The add-on gives a soft warning though and does not block the user. Might still work for you?
