Lack of interest Notifications: Use Favicon for System Actions

While this is intentional as-is, I'd consider the generic question mark icon a bit less-than-desirable from an aesthetics standpoint. So my suggestion would be that you use the forum's favicon instead if you do not want to expose the moderator.

If accepted it would be great to have this suggestion also apply to anonymous alerts issued from the Admin CP.

I'd personally rather the open graph logo (resized) be used instead of the favicon though.
