XF 1.5 notification (mail.ru)

one of my user on forum has email example@mail.ru
he does not get any notification to his mailbox.
i checked my self his settings and even his mailbox (spam folder)
everything is correct, but he does not get any notification to his email.
any idea why?

If it's just one user then it's likely going to be something local to them.

Check the server mail log to confirm the emails are being sent to that address.
If they are, there's nothing you can do.
