XF 1.2 Notification for Every Thread

I want to get notified when ever user creates/posts a new thread or reply.. this option is there in vb.. but cant find in xen.. any help?

lol.. i have many sections and getting difficult to track everything.. so i need to get notified.

Use the Watch Forum functionality. Its a link on the page of every forum in 1.2.

That would be New Posts.

Being alerted for every single post defeats the purpose of alerts.
