Fixed Notification count on bell icon not showing

Hi,
Notification count (number in red colour) is not always showing on bell icon at top right corner.
users need to click on notification icon to check if they have any unread notification or not. sometimes after reloading the page notification count showing again.
Please check this.

This was likely a side-effect of issues with our AJAX events, which are resolved for 2.3.1. If you continue to have issues here, or after updating to 2.3.1, let us know.
