Notices are not working

Notices are not working, it is not displaying on front page.
I checked the user criteria based on groups (all) and still not working.

It's unlikely to be a bug so I have moved the thread.

Check in a completely default style with add-ons disabled.

Ensure the criteria are correct.

The criteria are correct, and the bug exists on both styles. Default and modified (default style).

Try posting some screenshots of the criteria, sort of hard to debug as they work out of the box just fine.

While it may be a bug potentionally or not, i've fixed the bug by:

- Unchecking the user groups, unchecking the field for privileges users too.

It's not a bug - the criteria were wrong.

A visitor can't be a guest and logged in, and when selecting the member of user group option, you didn't select a user group.
