XF 1.5 Notice Scrolling

I apologize if this has been addressed somewhere before ... I did a fair amount of searching before posting here.

So, I've used my 'Notices' feature to insert a graphic, and i was wondering ... if I inserted multiple graphics in <a> direct format ... is there a command that would allow them to scroll horizontally in an infinite loop?
