Hi, How can I display a notice only one time to guest?

Example: Xenforo Cookies warning

Have it be dismissible.

That's a good question. Dismissable is OK But an option to show it one time would be good. On VB we had a 'Persistent' option, if this was unchecked the notice would only show one time.
