Cannot reproduce Notice doesn’t appear immediately on page load - mobile only

I’ve only just noticed this as it only happens only mobile (iOS/safari).

I have a scrolling set of notices at the top of the forum. These notices are just images. When the page first loads, the notices don’t appear. If I scroll up/down very slightly the notices suddenly appear. This definitely isn’t a case of the notices taking time to load as I can wait a few minutes and nothing happens, as soon as I scroll up/down they appear.

This is what it looks like on page load. It happens on both the default style and custom styles. It doesn’t happen consistently every time but often enough to be easily reproducible.

@RobParker does this occur if the notices do not have any images? It might be mobile safari's adblocker stuff

It only seems to affect image-based notices.

@RobParker I'm unable to reproduce this on iOS 10, iOS 11 or iOS 12.

Are you still able to? If so, which iOS version and XF version are you running?

I've not seen this since we went live with XF2.

We're using a custom style so that might be why we no longer see it though.

Well, we don't see it either on the default style...
