Normal for admin to "report content" ?

Maybe someone can clear something up for me. I am having the worst times trying to get my permissions set correctly. Today I just noticed that me being an Admin has the ability to report content. Why would I want to report it if I am a Admin? Here is what I show:

Is this normal? Or am I missing a step. My main user group is registered, then my secondary are administrators, and moderators and I am also a Super Admin. Is this normal for me to see?

Why would you not want to be able to report content?
I do it all the time.
The other staff can then comment and provide their input.

The permission is coming from the Registered user group so it's expected.

But who would I be reporting content to myself since I am the admin? Ya I see it's coming from the registered group which I expect them to report something, and even a moderator, but for an Admin your the top of the list so there is no one really higher up to report to. Just want to make sure this is normal.

Administrators are not necessarily moderators.

Don't you discuss issues with your moderating staff?
Or do you make unilateral decisions when it comes to moderating?
No it's just me the only staff member but I guess I can see it if there were more. Ok just wanted to make sure it was normal thanks again for the help.
