Good to know. I assumed it’s similar to webpages where you’d have to include a NoIndex for it to be removed first before adding it in the robots.txt files but I suppose you can’t really do that with images. Thanks.
Googlebot-Image makes sense if you only want the images to disappear from Google Image results. * would block all spiders (including Googlebot-Image) which comply with this directive.
