XF 2.0 Node moved to top level using Public Navigation - How to use Routes:Section context

I have node 2 (called All) as a menu item ?forums/all.2/

I have a "whats new" page for the content on that section, and want it to highlight the appropriate menu heading when active.

so have tried the following to no avail.

forums/2, forums/.2 etc

any advice?

sussed it , you just reference the Navigation ID in Public navigation
