No. Currently you only catch the Pokémon one time when it is display. Whenever it dissappeared then appeared again you can catch them. Like Pokémon GO did.

but it is possible to add option when caught pokemon to not show you any pokemon for another 24 hours?

yap becouse is so annoying watch how to pokem jump every time when refresh page.
Maybe should disappeared when they catched and appearing when it is available for catching. Good?
actualy catch one per 24 hours its quite enough, so yes.
Yes it is design flexible then you can using with difference things.
It is unique leaderboard Pokémon.
The other table is the total of all your Pokémon.
In leaderboard page you should see the tab "Your Pokedex"

A table shows the total unique Pokémon.
The other table shows the total of all Pokémon (even repeated).
So, why the leaderboard don´t show all users with catched pokémons(joining repetead)?
In this moment "player_leaderboard" tab have 4 users and "most_catched" tab show 12 users. The two tables must show the same numbers of users with diffrent totals - unique pokémons at "player_leaderboard" and total pokémons at "most_catched"!
Exemple: user sheldonbowyer have 4 pokémons : 3 Charmander and 1 Caterpie (seeing in user profile). At "most_catched" her name show 4 (ok) but he don´t appear in "player_leaderboard" and must appear with 2 unique pokémons.
