XF 1.1 No notices

Hello,

We recently upgraded to XenForo 1.1.1, and one of the things I was most excited about was the Criteria-Driven Notices. However it seems that they are no where to be found in my installation.

I would think that if it was a template that needed to be reverted the option would still appear in the ACP, though I could very well be mistaken. What else could it be? Could someone help me troubleshoot this?

Managing Notices

1. Log in to the Admin Control Panel.
2. Click on Notices from the list on the left hand side.

There is no Notices on the list on the left hand side for me to get into the configuration, that is my problem :(

I tried rebuilding my templates so maybe it would show up after I rebuilt the ACP but nothing. I don't get it.
