MG 2.2 No media embed icon in a post

I have a number of media albums now, I cant see how to embed images into a post. A search has revealed the need for the Edit BB code: [gallery] to be enabled and I can confirm it is. Any help is appreciated.

What happens when you click the Gallery embed button?



You should see an overlay like so:

That's my problem, no embed button that I can see anywhere?

You need to add it using the bb code button manager in the ACP: admin.php?button-manager/edit&type=toolbarButtons .

So, I'm looking at the bb code button manager, do I add a new dropdown and add the PHP as you have it? ICODE]admin.php?button-manager/edit&type=toolbarButtons[/ICODE

Navigate to that URL in the ACP.

Drag the button from the top section to the toolbar.

Save.

Sorry for my ignorance, I'm in the add dropdown section, I can see the embed button amongst other buttons, the is another section called dropdown buttons which is currently empty?

Perfect, thank you. While I have your attention is there any way of making one of the images in the gallery an album cover. In other words when viewing all the various albums, a custom album cover. At the moment its shows 4 random images which I think is confusing.
