Lack of interest No lag for posting same comment if it wasn't approved the first time

#1 I post a 141 character profile comment
#2 "Your comment is too long"
#3 I immediately reduce one character and post the comment again
#4 "You have to wait ... seconds"

My idea is to only use the "wait ..." routine for content that is actually posted. And not use this routine for not approved content.
