XF 2.1 No "Gender" or "Occupation" while creating user

In the Admin panel, when I attempt to create a user, I don't see "Gender" or "Occupation".
Brand new installation using XF 2.18 Patch 2.

Any Idea? What have I missed? I thought those are default options.

Those are the only default fields.

You can create new ones if required using the custom user fields function.

I actually love that they have minimal default fields on the profile so we can customize to our needs. We are a religion board, so we not only added "Gender" (which is now "Gender Identity", but I digress), but also fields for "Religious affiliation" (i.e. what specific faith group, denomination, etc. you belong to) and "Religious beliefs" (e.g. atheist, Christian, animist, whatever).
