So, it's quite useful to have autocomplete fields (drop downs that are searchable), they can reduce dom bloat

You can use them like this:

  value="{$bla}"

  autocomplete="off"

But if you hit an initial loading script error

You need to wrap it in a form (took many trial and errors to find this, gpts were little / no help)
