XF 2.1 No attachments are showing after canceling a mysql process

I was importing another DB on the same box, I cancelled this.

Unfortunately now none of the old attachments are showing.

They all come up as "Attachment XXXXX" and load can't be found when clicked.

The attachments all still exist in the DB and filesystem.

Any ideas what's gone wrong and how to fix?
