Newest Member doesnt get updated automatically

Hello together,

the newest member count doesnt get automatically updated only when I manually run the cronjob for total counters. Why doesnt this work automatically? Are there some settings which I need to make?

The cron job runs every 10 minutes. It caches the stats so the process doesn't hurt server resources by running constantly.

As per your previous thread regarding the second hand license you have bought, you will need to wait until the transfer has completed before you can get support.
