XF 1.4 New Users require first 2 posts to be reviewed

Hi all,

I'm having a small problem with spam on my forum at the moment.

When I was previously on phpBB3 the best method I had of dealing with it was making sure the Admin or Mods had to manually approve the first 2 posts of any new users - it really made a big difference for me.

Is there a simple way of replicating this behaviour in XF?

My forum automatically posts to facebook and twitter using the rss feed and I need to stop spam appearing on those.
