XF 2.3 New post/thread options not showing

Hi all,

I'm a new Xenforo user so I am still on a learning curve. I have noticed as an admin, when I create a new thread or start a new post, the options are not available underneath, there is nothing to select such such as sticky, close etc etc. Please see the attached screen shot. I've highlighted what I mean!

So to try something else, I created a test member and logged in, and it's the same thing there are no posting options below.

I converted this forum over from myBB so I wondering if something went a bit wrong during the conversion.

Can you double check your group permissions, primary and secondary to make sure that they have been set up correctly?

Thank you, it was a group permissions issue, most of the admin options were set to "no". Seems the converter never correctly moved the permissions over.
