Not a bug New Node Custom URL bug

Adding new nodes with custom URL's reports the following(see image below) - I know this isn't valid because I haven't added the game yet, and just to test that, I added a further 5 games of which all reported that the url's were already being used. This is an issue since beta 2.

EDIT!!!!!!! I just checked this out on my forum and it did indeed add the forums, but didn't take me back to the node list after I "saved" the node, it took me back to the edit node stage.
