XF 1.1 New Members Must Introduce First Before Posting New Thread

Hi Xenforo Team,

I want to know if this is possible to set in Xenforo:

1. Set new members must introduce their selves in INTRODUCTION section first and then they can start to make new thread/ post?

2. If we can set up like that (No.1) in Xenforo, can we set up automatically or manually?

Only allow threads to be posted in the introduction forum and then promote them to a new user group which allows posting everywhere once they have made a post there.

Note that only posts can be used as the criteria, not specifically threads.

I would offer to set it up for you but it's important that you understand the permissions as it will help with lots of additional features such as promotions, upgrades, etc.
