New members cannot open topics and New members are not in Turkish.

The default language of the site is Turkish.
When a new member enters a section, the "open new topic" button appears. She writes her subject; but when you say "send," nothing happens.
She doesn't even record her subject to drafts.
Do you have any idea about this?
Why can't the new members appear in Turkish?

Could it be caused by cookies?

If the post button doesn't work, that is typically due to a third party add-on or customisation, possibly JavaScript.

The browser console (F12) should list any errors to assist with troubleshooting.

Disabling all add-ons and testing in a completely default style will rule out third party code.
