XF 1.4 New member, Active member - Change these?

Where can these words be changed and the setting changed?
Says new member for users registered months ago!

You can choose the criteria used from trophy points, messages, or likes.

Ok so never as easy as you first think.

I just want to set number of messages, not likes or points.

So
New member = 0
Member = 5
Active Member = 20
Well-know Member = 50

So i did that for messages, Update User Titles. Save

Now if i go to likes and points it has the same values. I'm not interested in likes or points, I just want the titles to change for messages.

So one user has over 100 messages but is still showing as just an active member.

There aren't separate values for each.
You select the criteria and the values apply based on that selection.

Yes, you've already done it.

You want the user title to be based on the number of messages, so select messages as the criteria.
