Need something to forbide the use of proxy or Tor

I'm getting in trouble with this.

Many users in my Forum are using proxies or Tor to bypass the IP check.

Clones are totally forbidden in my Forum.

There is any way to implement this or have any resource?

I need it ASAP.

And i can pay.

I solved this at the Apache level. You can get the very simple code I used for doing this here:

It basically adds Tor exit node blocks to your .htaccess file at the root of your site. Stops the problem before it starts, so to speak. You run it in a cron loop and it'll update the exit node list every time you run it.
