Need help site running Cloudflare with cPanel

I'm having trouble with running autoSLL with cloudflare installed. Let's Encrypt works but generates all sorts of errors. Is there a better way? I installed cloudflare's free certificates but then I can't use my mail client.

EDIT: I installed cloudflare's dedicated certificates for now.

if your mails are not working, you probably need to disable cloudflare for mail server in dns settings on cloudflare. same applies for ftp. press the orange cloud icon to turn it gray.

My mail was working again after getting the SSL in my site's name. I didn't realize cloudflare's free certificates weren't.
