Need Help: Compatable Graphics Card

Alright now I know I am a completely n00b at this but can you clarify what you mean, please? You mean two PCI-E slots?

And does this one suffer from that need as well?

There are special plugs designed to provide additional power to the video card if its power consumption is higher than the PCI-Express slot can supply. The power supplies linked above have the plugs and the video cards come with converters just in case.

It's the additional power supply for the graphics card I was referring to.

These are the two additional power plugs for the card you've mentioned in your post:

Also note in the description for the card it requires a minimum 450W PSU.

I have heard, not looked into it myself. That some SLi cards now have there own power supply option, instead of drawing it from the PSU. But I've not read or looked more into that, just what I heard somewhere.

Edit: In your image above, what your seeing there are power connectors you plug leads into directly from your PSU. Not all SLi cards draw their power from being seated in the PCI-E slot. Mine don't, although I have installed others that do draw the power from the card slot. The more powerful cards tend to require a direct PSU power lead, or two SLi (labled) power leads your PSU comes with.

You may need to check if your PSU now has these leads? If not you'll either need to get a new PSU that does have them and is designed to support SLi, or buy cards that draw their power from the motherboard slot instead.
