XF 2 Need a plugin that Admin can disable Ads in certain threads [XF 2.1]

A simple button in the top with the on/off switch (default on) in every thread. Must comply with the XF Style and guidelines and no visible copyright (can be in the Admin Panel).

Google Ads are complaining about some Threads and I'm not gonna risk my AdSense account because of ****posting.

Need references (previous work) and some recommendation.

I can pay 15~20 U$ for this. PayPal only.

On the contrary, all of the forums have a distinct purpose and we don't have any plans to change anything.
