Of course they say that.. They want people to purchase CS5-6..

Believe me, it's gonna work fine after selecting a compatibility mode..

Download it and get your logo designed. I only stopped using cs2 and anything you want to design can be done in cs2. 95% of the resources I've submitted here are designed using cs2 so it would be a good move to use it. It'll work on your system if I read that all correctly.
