Anyone know the best say to get one made? I don't need anything too fancy.

-> Any suggested white and blue themes I can start from and customize?

Do you know if it has any issues or glitches? My current one is loaded with them :S

Either one of those should be easy enough to change...
 
Thanks for all the help. Where should I be uploading it. I did just what I did with the last style and uploaded it right beside in the styles area.
