I noticed that when sharing links by clicking on the Twitter share buttons (and others), the full url is used in the default share text.

Is there a way to connect to a bit.ly api and replace those URLs with bit.ly urls?

Integrations like this are becoming more and more standard, so if this is not currently possible, I’d like to officially suggest it.
